Create an NFT collection and mint tokens with Linkdrop Claim Links
We’re happy to share that Linkdrop has now integrated the Minter feature. This will allow you to cover all your NFT marketing goals using our numerous tools without leaving the platform. Let’s dive into a small recap on how it was before and what changed with the new Minter feature
A quick recap about Claim Links
The core of Linkdrop is Claim Links. These are the links that help you distribute any asset (NFT or ERC-20 tokens) without knowing the address of the receiver. You simply wrap your tokens into unique links using our Dashboard, download these links and share them to your audience. The link includes everything the end user needs to claim the asset, and could also be sponsored, so that he will pay nothing for the transaction.
Mint NFTs simply by following a link!
Linkdrop has a lot of concepts under the hood, but now I would prefer to keep it simple: we’re introducing Minter and that will allow you to create NFTs and wrap them into links, so that when your users will be following those links, they’d be able to mint an NFT simply by pressing the Claim button!
Main ideas behind that flow:
- everything is created at one place — via Linkdrop Dashboard, no manual approvals or anything else needed, it’s a totally non-custodial DIY flow
- GAS can be sponsored — final user can mint an NFT with an empty wallet, just by following their Claim Link
- final users could even mint an NFT with no wallet at all — they could create one with email by pressing “Sign in with email”
- we utilize secure Third Web solutions for minting NFTs
- currently supporting Polygon and Mainnet, more networks coming soon, EVM chains could be added by request
How will it work in real life?
1. Go to https://dashboard.linkdrop.io/#/ , open the Minter tab and follow the guide below to mint your tokens
2. After minting tokens, press Create Claim Links to create a set of Linkdrop Claim Links. Distrubute those Links to your users any of the convenient ways yourself, letting them open their unique Claim Links and mint an NFT.

Mint at Claim was formerly only available for advanced users, as it has required to have manually created contract that supported specific interfaces. Now with our Minter everyone could use it with no coding required!
